Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies- Soft and fluffy
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup reduced fat butter
- 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
- Add in vanilla and salt. Blend well.
- Mix in egg.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour and soda.
- Mix flour mixture slowly to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of cookie dough and roll into a 20 balls.
- Place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- When done, transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Allow to sit for a few minutes.
